Fond Doux is one of the rare certified organic estates in St Lucia, growing cocoa, citrus and other produce to the high standards required by the organic label. The plantation dates back more than 250 years carrying on the traditional cocoa production. Our aim at Fond Doux is to keep the surroundings as natural and pollutant free as possible. We have also started an initiative to preserve St Lucia's architectural heritage by dismantling condemned colonial structures, rebuilding and restoring them in the gardens of Fond Doux, and then offering them as holiday accommodation. Guests can enjoy sumptuous Caribbean and international cuisine in a choice of two restaurants set amid the tropical gardens of the estate.
