The guesthouses have been built with local stone and wood and use electric power produced by the wind and the sun. Situated on our organic farm at 500m above sea level, they have a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, Turkey and Chios. The farm is mainly an olive grove but includes many other trees [fig, pear, quince] and a small vineyard. It also has its own spring with pure drinking water. We organically grow seasonal vegetables, and gather rare varieties of fruits from neighbouring abandoned farms. On the farm there is a small cafe at the top of the hill, where you can enjoy locally grown food and the great view. Explore the old scenic paths on foot or on horseback, or on the mountain bikes which are provided.
